Hide AdThe previous Monday we welcomed the return of Stephen Disley from Southwark Cathedral. It was a great pleasure to hear him tackle the Father Willis organ with dexterity. The concert concluded with the power and might of this splendid instrument shaking the rafters in a Toccata by Garth Edmindson. And, if that wasn’t enough, he gave a rousing encore of Interada by Grayson Ives, composed for the Queen’s Jubilee. The evening was an eloquent demonstration of an organ moving from whispering to roaring and delighting the audience. By Marion Lovell.
