Miles of moustaches for Hassocks youngster
For Miles, like his dad in previous years, is raising money for Movember - a month long campaign to raise awareness of male cancers and other health issues.
At nine-years-old, the Hassocks youngster is some way off the whiskery stage so he has scoured the internet, using his own pocket money, to buy false moustaches to wear every day this month.

Hide AdMiles wrote a letter to his head teacher, Eileen Sharpe, at Windmills Junior School explaining why he wanted to help the campaign and she was so impressed, she decided to let the whole school wear ‘taches by holding a joint Movember day tomorrow (Friday, November 29) with Hassocks Infant School.
With ‘tache fever about to break out all over the village, Miles’ mum Cath said: “Men don’t talk about health issues yet everyone knows someone with cancer and we do have a friend who is in hospital with prostate cancer. It’s such a big thing.
“My husband, John, grew a moustache for the campaign and Miles wanted to do something too.
“Wearing a false moustache every day is a way of raising awareness and it gets people talking.”
