Eastbourne station walk-in centre consultation paused
Eastbourne Hailsham and Seaford CCG (clinical commissioning group) has put the process on pause in light of the coronavirus pandemic, which it says has had a ‘significant impact’ on its plans.
The CCG said in a statement, “We would like to thank everyone who has already given us their views about our consultation into the future of Eastbourne Station Health Centre.

The local NHS group had already paused its face-to-face consultation events due to the pandemic.
It said, “We want to make sure our public consultation continues to be meaningful and gives as many people the opportunity to participate as possible and, following careful consideration, we do not believe we are able to do this currently.

“Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
People can still continue to share their views on the Eastbourne Station Health Centre, by completing the survey online at www.eastbournehailshamandseafordccg.nhs.uk/get-involved/the-future-of-eastbourne-station-health-centre.
Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and the CCG will send you a copy of the consultation document and questionnaire as soon as the consultation restarts.
All the feedback received so far will be retained and considered before a final decision is made, after the remainder of the public consultation concludes later in the year.
