“Rosie decided to shave her head to stand in solidarity with her St John colleagues. This is a big undertaking for a 12-year old.”
During the Covid-19 outbreak, St John is actively supporting ambulance services, hospitals and communities to protect life and health through this worrying and uncertain period.
Surgeon Rear Admiral Lionel Jarvis, prior and chairman of St John Ambulance, said: “Our volunteers are working tirelessly to support the NHS, crewing ambulances, delivering assistance in emergency departments and helping in their local communities, as well as providing vital co-ordination and training behind the scenes.

Their dedication will not be forgotten.”
