Apprentices at Proto celebrate graduation
The group from the Proto Restaurant Group took part in a special graduation ceremony at Food, the company’s flagship restaurant in New Street, Worthing.
Over the last 18 months, the apprentices have completed a variety of professional qualifications to equip them with, or improve, the skills they need for a kitchen or front of house environment.

Proto owner Andy Sparsis organised the celebration to mark the apprentices’ achievements and to congratulate them on their success.
“I’m a great supporter of work-based learning and I’m keen to ensure that our staff receive the training they deserve to help make a difference both on a business and a personal level,” said Mr Sparsis.
“The Proto Restaurant Group has grown considerably over the last decade and we’re proud that we are still working with many of our original team.
