Battle woman involved in crash which left motorcyclist in hospital
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was seriously injured when his bike collided with a car driven by a Battle woman.
Officers raced to High Street, Ticehurst, at 12.30am on Sunday.
A Ford Ranger travelling westbound, which was being driven by a 48-year-old woman from Battle, had collided with a white Yamaha 125cc motorcycle, which was heading in the same direction.

Hide AdThe rider, a 23-year-old man from Wadhurst, suffered serious injuries in the collision.
He was taken to Pembury Hospital in Kent.
The man remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Anyone who saw the collision is asked to call Sussex Police on 101, quoting serial 0054 of 5/8.
