Charity angle to new networking meeting
Worthing Dynamos organised the lunch event at Food, in New Street, Worthing, last month, which saw 20 businesses from around the area meet.
It was the first time the club had held such a fundraiser, and it is hoped it will become a quarterly event.

Organiser Julian Church, Worthing Dynamos’ coach, said the event had proved to be a success.
He said: “We feel that this new lunch club is a unique way to network with many like minded businesses in the Sussex area and an excellent opportunity to get involved and support local grassroot sport through possible sponsorship and affiliated links to the club.”
Love Your Hospital’s head of charity operations, Lesley-Anne Lloyd, said she was thrilled by the donation.

“The relationship between Love Your Hospital and Worthing Dynamos goes from strength to strength and the lunch club networking is just another way that they are supporting us.”
The event was attended by Worthing mayor Bob Smytherman, and organised in conjunction with Best of Worthing.
Lesley added: “It was a great networking event, with both sides winning, and Love Your Hospital coming out at full time with a fantastic donation to boot.”
Worthing Dynamos is a grassroots youth football club.
