A Chichester man has denied causing death by careless driving after a fatal collision on the A29 last year.
James Mitchell, whose address was blocked from publication, appeared at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (February 9).
He was charged with causing death by careless/inconsiderate driving after his tractor collided with a motorcycle on the A29 at Bury Hill on February 3, 2020.

Hide AdThe motorcyclist, James Mckeough, was confirmed dead at the scene.
Mitchell, 39, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Chairman of the bench, Ailsa Wood, ordered him to appear at Lewes Crown Court on March 9 for a pre-trial hearing.
He was discharged on unconditional bail.
