St Leonards man charged following violent incident in Hastings flat
Police said they had wanted to interview Romany Burns, from St Leonards, following a violent incident at a flat in Hastings in January.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Burns, 27, unemployed and of no fixed address, appeared in custody at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 16 April.”

Hide AdPolice said he has been charged with coercive control in a relationship, two counts of assault by beating, two counts of witness intimidation, one count of causing actual bodily harm and a count of criminal damage.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges, police said, and was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on April 23.
