'˜Drunk' boy with hammer arrested in Hastings

The boy from St Leonards was nicked by police in High Street at 4.35pm on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
He was pointed out to police by witnesses after being seen in an intoxicated state with a hammer in the street, a police spokesman said.
