The planning application, submitted to Rother District Council, includes 11 car parking spaces and 18 cycle parking spaces.
Liam Russell Architects Ltd added that a ‘daylight, sunlight and overshadowing study’ is currently being undertaken.
This will be presented to Rother at a later date.
NatWest closed its doors to customers for the final time on July 25, 2014.

Since the closure, the building has remained empty, and has been branded ‘an eyesore’.
Residents are currently being invited to have their say on the plans by either writing to Rother District Council or via the local authority’s website.
Rother District Council’s planning committee will make a decision on the plans at a later date.
