Hide AdHelene Wakeling, an information worker from the Carers' Information Liasion Project, will be among those present.
She said: 'The contribution carers make to our community cannot be over estimated.
'Yet many of them are slipping through the net and missing out on information, financial support and accessing services.
'This event is an excellent opportunity for carers to find out exactly what support is available to them from professional organisations.'
