Phillip Lucas is trying to raise at least £1,000 and has already topped £400 in donations on the website.
Farmer Gordon Wyeth made the grim discovery on Monday at the farm on the West Dean Estate.

Many of the sheep were pregnant and will cost Mr Wyeth £17,000 to replace.
Writing on the Justgiving page he has set up, Phillip said: “The total cost of the mauled sheep is expected to be £17,000 on top of this the farmer has lost the sheep he has looked after for many years and used as breeding stock.
“Whilst they are sheep farmers (they) still get attached to their animals and is just as much a shock when you lose them.
