A CHICHESTER campaigner has won a High Court legal victory in a seven-year battle with the government over the use of pesticides.
AGeorgina Downs (34) of Runcton can now go ahead with a judicial review of the policy of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Ms Downs emerged jubilant from the High Court in London after judge M Justice Collins ruled on Friday that she had produced solid evidence that residents had suffered harm from pesticides.
