Keeping fit and healthy is top of the agenda in Aldwick
Organised by West Meads Surgery, the second annual health fair provided a taster of health promotion and fitness schemes.
More than 30 different organisations took part in the successful morning at West Meads Hall. Among them were the surgery's doctors and nurses who offered free health screening.

Hide AdOthers provided a raft of help, from changing lifestyles and curing aches and pains to complementary therapies.
Representatives from the Citizen's Advice Bureau, prostate cancer and other cancer care charities, British Heart Foundation and mental health support organisations were also present.
For youngsters, Bognor Regis firefighters took a fire engine along for children to explore. Face painting, games and other entertainment kept
up the momentum, along with a dance performance by the Pagham Allstars pom pom junior dance troupe.

Hide AdChildren who had entered a health-theme colouring and drawing competition were awarded with prizes for their efforts.
First prizes went to: Phoebe Smart, six, Molly Bircham, seven, Hristina Kuzet and Taylor Barker, eight. Commended were: Bradley Phillips, five,
Ben Sadler, two, Karla Thompson, five.
Winners of the children's quiz were Charlie Mariner and Jacob Balchin.
Friends of West Meads patients' group provided refreshments, a raffle and several stalls. The members used the occasion to raise more than 150 towards purchasing equipment for the benefit of patients.
