Leonardo DiCaprio shows support for students on Brighton climate march
The actor 'regrammed' an image of school children taking part in the strike in Brighton.

British PM says that the children on school strike are “wasting lesson time”. That may well be the case. But then again, political leaders have wasted 30 yrs of inaction. And that is slightly worse....”
Students from Brighton schools and universities downed tools and gathered at the Clock Tower on Friday (February 15) ahead of a march through the city.
They called on the Government to declare a climate emergency, the ‘ecological crisis’ included in the National Curriculum, and for the voting age be lowered to 16.
DiCaprio has been a strong advocate of action on climate change in the past.

It is the most urgent threat facing our entire species, and we need to work collectively together and stop procrastinating.”
