Nick Berry's back on two wheels
He picked up a stylish, English white and heritage grey 1959 Lambretta Li Series One, which was delivered to his Brighton home by Empire Classics, one of the leading one-stop shops for classic scooters in Europe.
The purchase sees Berry back on two wheels after riding round town on a retro Vespa P-range scooter in the 1980s and on a vintage Francis-Barnett motorcycle as PC Nick Rowan in ITV's hit Sunday night soap Heartbeat.

"I'll be able to get around more easily on the scooter. And I want to take my children to school on it," he said.
Berry is not the only famous face to take an interest in the Empire Classics scooter range. Kenney Jones, drummer for The Who, paid a visit to the Empire Classics stand at the recent Goodwood Revival and put in an order for a retro-style Vespa GS.
"More and more people are choosing classic scooters as a stylish and simplistic way to travel," said Jeremy Martell, co-owner of Empire Classics. "Not only do the scooters look great, but they have fantastic fuel efficiency and are environmentally-friendly."
