TODDLERS: Northiam Tadpoles baby and toddler group meet every Tuesday 9.15am to 11.15am at Pretious Sports Hall, Main Street (the hall between the primary school and nursery). The session is £2.50 per family (to cover costs) for age 0-5’s which includes a healthy snack for the children, drinks and biscuits for the parents/carers, there are lots of toys out for all ages and finishes with song time.
HIST & LIT: A Policeman’s Lot is the title of Neil Sadler’s talk to the Historical and Literary Society on Tuesday. He will be looking at Brighton’s The Grand Hotel Fire of 1984 from a police perspective. Meetings start at 7.30pm in Northiam Village Hall.

Hide AdCOFFEE STOP: On Wednesday mornings the kettle goes on in the Church Centre and ‘everything stops for tea’ – or coffee and a chat. All welcome between 10am and noon.
THURSDAY SENIORS: The Seniors enjoy a chat over coffee followed by extend exercises, a freshly cooked lunch, followed by entertainment each week, all for the sum of £7. Call Jane 01797 252973, if you would like to find out more. Lifts can be arranged.
FLU VACCINATIONS: Now that winter is setting in, you may be regretting not having your flu jab. If you have missed the surgery’s clinics, community pharmacies are offering free NHS vaccinations this year for all those who are eligible, as well as private flu jabs for those who are not.
FITNESS: Dance Club meets in the Village Hall each Friday from 7.30pm. Badminton (for adults) is in the Pretious Sports Hall on Fridays at 8.15pm, and Mondays at 5.45pm. Pilates is in the Village Hall on Mondays at 6.30pm, and Wednesday at 9am and 10am. Short Mat Bowls is in the Village Hall on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2pm. Yoga is on Tuesdays at 9.30am in the Village Hall, and Karate in the Pretious Sports Hall each Thursday at 7.15pm.
