Observer helps launch branch of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
There was an excellent response to the feature in the Observer Magazine in April on how these incredible dogs transform lives and appealing for volunteers to help set up a West Sussex branch of the charity.
And on Friday the Chichester and Arun branch was officially established at a meeting in Felpham.

Hide AdMembers have already planned two fundraising events '“ a stall at Petworth Park Fete on Saturday, July 11 and another at the Worthing Festival charity market on Sunday, July 26.
The charity works throughout Britain, offering greater independence, confidence and security to deaf people by providing dogs trained to alert them to chosen everyday sounds.
