Bring back park keepers

Here are just a few services I am sure people would welcome back with open arms: park keepers, bus conductors, shops such as butchers and bakers, served by a smiling staff, regular postal delivery, railway posters, improved railway services where you have a seat and luggage space, usherettes, petrol attendants, police on the beat, road sweepers, telephone operators.
