Can this really be believed after almost a decade of similar reports from an organisation that made itself homeless but failed to plan for what happens next expecting everyone to comply with its ideas?
We are now sentimentally introduced to the prospect of so-called ‘park football’ at the Holbrook Club.

Hide AdThe truth is that the club has never really been committed to Hop Oast. There is no other conclusion to be drawn because after such a lengthy period any committed organisation would have easily completed this goal with the money that it had at its disposal.
Remember the assurances of 2008 that HFC would work closely with HDC, why has this not happened?
Meanwhile we are continually subjected to the club’s distorted version of events.
HFC, always the victim but never your fault.
