Hide AdWe have already started collecting information for the Neighbourhood Plan which is to be written for consultation by the end of 2016.
Many comments have been made about the state of the town centre and the need for some TLC!
We have put photos on our website at: horshamblueprint.stickyworld.com where readers may add their views on how to improve the town centre.
These will be used to help shape our Plan, identifying policies and projects that are supported by residents and businesses alike.
