I am sure it always helps to boost numbers when people read about community events in your paper and our numbers doubled from last year (679 against 349), so I’m sure it contributed to more people finding out about it.
The event was organised by our community to help people not only save money on energy and water bills but also to help prevent flooding and support the environment, all of which is very pertinent at this time.
