Years back, the old Arundel bridge took all the coastal traffic, then the existing bypass proved adequate – now there is a clamour for yet another bypass.
Where do we stop?
How many new roads do we construct?
They will always fill up – remember the euphoria when the M25 was completed, and look at the situation now.

As a relevant point, how many firms start and finish work at the same time, when a variation of possibly one hour might lessen the traffic build-up?
