Legal objections to Hailsham Cattle Market plan

I read with interest on April 9 your article on the proposed development of the Old Market Site at Hailsham by McCarthy and Stone click here to read.
Let me state from the start that as a building expert of some small repute, I have been asked by many residents to investigate the proposals and to make legal objections against the said proposal.

Hide AdFrom the information I have there are a great number of objections by local residents objecting to the proposed development because it is a badly designed and thought out, with no regards to the impact it will have on local residents housing and traffic flow.
From the plans I have to hand the design is without merit as it has been designed for maximum profits and with no regard for the impact it will have on the property of residents property that will only be some 15 feet away from what will be a 40 foot structure.
All windows of this structure will look directly into the properties on the private roads a-joining said development boundaries.
That in places will only be some 15/20 feet away from residents existing windows, in total we find a number of legal points of why this proposal must be scrapped, before it even gets into planning.
It goes with out saying the local rate payers have views, and are due respect of their views and the massive unwanted impact it will have on their living and lives.
