LETTER: MP’s thoughts on local issues
Several features recently have all been ‘blowing his own trumpet’ on the Government at Westminster’s achievements which most people are already aware of.
From such a privileged position he has, we would like to know more about his targets on local issues.

Hide AdThings that spring to mind are what’s behind the scenes at Gatwick, referencing a second runway, housing and local land developments, the lack of social housing as quotas are often reduced for other benefits, the problems of local flooding, and keeping us posted on local fracking ideas - just to mention a few.
So his portfolio should be full of local issues, and keep his other work in the normal national media.
Perhaps this could help restore his current position when it comes round to the time to vote for us local residents.
