Move on, Bexhill
I have read through the report and think that most of the councillors of Rother District Council should all be accountable for their inability to deal with this matter in a professional way.
Why was it only brought to the public’s notice at the meeting on October 12 about ownership? This should have been the first detail dealt with.

Mr Hall worked very closely with the planning department, and took all their advice, and did everything to their instruction, even to be passed by their own planning department.
Do these people not talk to each other? If not they should do, it would have saved a lot of money and time wasted.
I am pleased to see that the council did not win costs. If anything, Mr Hall should be reimbursed his fees, and monies paid to the council for different things over the last two years, especially as he did everything he was asked to do, only to have the goal posts moved at the last minute.

Move on Bexhill. There are young people living there too, who would like a life apart from sitting looking at the sea in their car on a Sunday afternoon.
