Southern Airframes?
I WENT on a history walk, sponsored by the Bexhill Museum, of the area encompassing Windsor Road, Reginald Road and Victoria Road.
Very interesting, but I was surprised that no mention was made of the company called Southern Airframes that was once located in Windsor Road.
I worked there from 1950 to 1954 and we were still doing work for the Ministry of Defence, notably the product called “Window”, which was used by the Royal Air Force to confuse enemy radar.

Have you still got your photograph of it?
I remember the following: Mr Williams, Mrs Hammond, Frank and Mrs Evans and Mr Bowers. Happy days!
