With EU arrivals already at a quarter of a million people annually – that’s a ‘new Coventry’ every year – it seems quite reasonable to wonder what difference signing it would make.
Waiting times for GP appointments and at hospital A&Es as well as school placing difficulties for young families all have the casual link of rate of immigration.

Hide AdSimply by reducing the influx to one we can comfortably assimilate, these services would soon begin to recover and benefit virtually every NHS/state-school dependent household in the UK.
If David Cameron on his recent begging mission to his EU ‘masters’ had requested and received permission to temporarily suspend EU immigration numbers, it would have greatly reduced the appritie for Brexit – but he didn’t, and it hasn’t.
Although a modicum of immigration is beneficial to any nation, mass immigration isn’t.
It will only kill the goose that layed the golden egg, a bit like the picture postcard village that gets ruined by all the sightseers coming to see what a picture postcard village looks like.
