Selection '˜unfair'
It is glaringly obvious that the current selection process for Bishops in the C of E is secretive, unfair, deliberately biased and discriminatory and prejudiced against women. As such it is illegal under all of UK and EU relevant legislation.
Therefor the way forward justified by the New Testament to legitimise the case for women bishops is for a suitably qualified female vicar, maybe a canon, to apply for a known vacancy for a bishop. There is a vacancy for an archbishop of Canterbury available. The application will be refused, or rejected with some legally unacceptable excuses. Then the courts of law, the secular rules applying equally to us all, must be used, and the EU courts if necessary, to force this divisive and damaging issue into the open.
