Hide AdNo wonder the Conservatives want to keep this grossly-distorting and unfair voting system of first past the post.
The sooner England moves to a proper proportional voting system for local elections (not AV, which is not proportional!) as in most of the rest of the United Kingdom, the better.
Only then will all voters begin to regain faith in local government elections and start voting in them.
