The current premises comprise a sports bar and a public bar, which is used regularly as a venue for discos, parties, bingo and live entertainment.
It also has a trade garden to seat up to 30 customers with patio heaters and a smoking shelter. The club is popular with windsurfers, snorkelers, anglers and sailors as well as day-trippers and holidaymakers.
The sale is being handled by property firm Christie & Co. Tonya West, of the company's Winchester office, said: "We anticipate a high level of interest in this rare freehold licensed opportunity on the south coast.

"The sports bar could easily be used as a restaurant or snack bar, or subject to the necessary consents, kiosk could be opened up for the summer trade."
