“While most people are now adhering to social distancing I think it’s scandalous that a small minority are still putting lives at risk by not following government regulations - it infuriates me. Hats off to the NHS - they are like a well oiled machine,’ said Jordan.
The chocolate sponge iced gold cake was presented to Marion and other QA staff on Friday morning.
Jordan, who has trained alongside celebrity chefs including Marco Pierre White and Jean Christophe Novelli, added: ‘I’ve been trying to keep busy since being furloughed and making this cake has allowed me to do something worthwhile and productive.’
The talented chef has also been posting cooking tutorials on his Instagram page for people to follow.
