“It's been reported almost every day for over two weeks but they have not sent anyone. The ceiling is still not fixed and we have had a lot of mould develop in our bathroom which they don't care about.
“We requested for someone to come and check the mould but they said that there was no mould. An engineer from The Hyde Group is planning to fix the ceiling on January 16 we have been told.”

A spokesperson for The Hyde Group said: “I’d like to apologise to our customers at Pembroke Park, I know how distressing it is when a ceiling collapses. This is a roofing issue, which we are aware of and have been working with our customers so that we can rectify the problem.
