Eastbourne’s JPK Project celebrates huge grant from the National Lottery
The three-year funding from The National Lottery’s Reaching Communities grant scheme will help JPK to continue its work of supporting people with a learning disability once the lockdown is lifted.
The money will support its training and community centre which provides meaningful training and work experience to people with a learning disability in Eastbourne and those currently living within the surrounding areas.

Jill Parker, founder of JPK, said: “The news that we have been successful with our Reaching Communities application has proved a lifeline for the future. Looking on the bright side whilst our staff are furloughed, the trustees are working on an action plan.”
