The now double award-winning programme focuses on supporting families to make small, realistic changes towards a healthy lifestyle.
Nutritionists at BeeZee deliver fun, family-friendly sessions about healthy eating, looking at topics such as balanced meals, portion sizes, and healthy cooking.
The programme also uses local physical activity coaches to provide families with the chance to try different activities to find something they may like to continue with which will help them to stay active.
