Hastings coronavirus: all 11 neighbourhoods report fewer than three cases
In the week to April 2 – the last reported – the rate of infection across the town was 7.6 cases per 100,000 people after seven cases were reported in the seven days up to that date.
The latest figures broken down into the 11 neighbourhoods in Hastings recorded fewer than three cases in each area. When areas record fewer than three cases, the Government does not show the data to protect the identity of those infected.

It spread through Hastings in December and, in the seven days to December 23, the town’s infection rate peaked at 1,117 cases per 100,000 people.
At the time, Hastings – along with Rother – was in Tier 4, the toughest restrictions in place at the time. The rest of East and West Sussex joined Tier 4 on December 26.
The whole country was then placed into a third national lockdown on January 4. In the week to January 4, the rate of infection in Hastings had dropped slightly to 981 cases per 100,000 people.
