Littlehampton pre-school completes 100 laps of the garden for NHS Charities Together in memory of Captain Sir Tom Moore

The challenge took Bright Kiddies Littlehampton a week to complete, starting last Monday, witth staff and children making ten laps in the morning and ten in the afternoon every day.
Nancy Bahri, who owns and manages the pre-school with Donna Butler, said: “We are super proud of all the children for taking part, wrapping up warm and getting moving every morning and afternoon.

Hide Ad“We have walked forwards and backwards, side skipped, jogged, jumped and raced wheels and legs to complete 100 laps of our garden.
“We have already raised £750 for NHS charities in memory of Captain Sir Tom Moore.”
The pre-school, in Southfields Road, ended the week with the book One Hundred Steps, illustrated by Adam Larkum, so the children could learn more about Captain Tom’s life and be inspired by his quotes.
Nancy said the children had shown true dedication and they had enjoyed doing their laps around the garden.
