Planning consultation in Ferring ‘positive’
Andy Barron and Amy Lissman, from residential developer Taylor Wimpey, and Steven Brown, from Woolf Bond Planning, attended the initial consultation, showing a plan of the proposed development of Grenyer’s Field, on the junction of Langbury Lane and Littlehampton Road.
Mr Brown said: “We will take on board comments we get and will be looking at getting in a detailed application by the end of February.”

Hide AdThe site will comprise of 11 two-bed homes, 10 three-bed homes and 19 four-bed homes of varying sizes, and will include approximately 80 car-parking spaces and 20 garages.
Nadine Phibbs, Parish clerk, said the presentation was informative and looked to be a positive start.
However, there was concern from members of the public over possible traffic-flow issues at the entrance to the site, as well as the discovery of, and potantial spread of, Japanese knotweed.
