Prizes follow Christmas capers
Boots the Chemist won the best dressed business, after staff wore homemade Quality Street outfits. The best dressed individual prize went to Gill Freeman from Demelza, who was dressed as the charity’s clown mascot. Both these winners were chosen by Battle Mayor Richard Bye, who said that while the individual outfit was easy to choose, picking the best dressed business was a much harder decision to make.
The President of the Battle Chamber of Commerce, Alan Deeprose chose BRITISH design BRITISH made as the winners of the best Christmas window display.
