Residents offered longer parking restrictions
The Zone U scheme which covers St Luke’s has parking restrictions from Monday to Saturday between 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm.
But residents could choose to join Zone C which covers Queen’s Park, and has restrictions from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.

There is also an unstaffed exhibition at the Parking Information Centre in Hove Town Hall, from Monday to Friday at 9am to 1pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
Brighton and Hove City Council said recently-imposed parking schemes in neighbouring Hanover, Elm Grove and Craven Vale has led to increased parking pressures for residents, visitors and businesses.
It added that in April Zone U residents were asked whether they would like to change the times and/or days of their zone.

Residents in the current Zone C (Queens Park) will have the opportunity to make comments if the proposal proceeds to the next stage of the consultation through the legal traffic order.
The results of the detailed design consultation will be reported back to the environment, transport and sustainability committee on November 27.
