Shoreham student knocked over
A STUDENT was knocked over on the way to school in Shoreham this morning.
The young teenager was at the crossing point west of the Holmbush roundabout, outside the Co-Op on the Upper Shoreham Road, when the accident happened at 8.20am.
Witness Mark Dooley, sales director at Lancing Marine, said: “Thankfully the youngster survived.
“What will it take before a crossing is put in between the roundabout and the Herb estate?”
Sussex Police said the incident had been recorded as a minor road accident.
