An audience of some 400 spectators delighted in a cast of clowns, trapeze artists and jugglers who ensured Happy Circus lived up to its name.
The artistes specialise in entertaining at schools along the south coast.

The show is estimated to have raised between 3,000 and 4,000 for the school's parent teacher association.
Chairwoman Sian Georgeou said: "The evening was fantastic. It was a proper, traditional circus show and everyone enjoyed themselves."
A barbecue and bar also helped ensure the evening's success.

But Mrs Georgeou explained the aim of the event was equally about providing entertainment for those involved with the school and the surrounding area.
This was the reason for setting tickets as low as 5 each. The school's carnivals in recent years had brought in up to 8,000 a time.
"We wanted to have a change this year and take some of the emphasis off fundraising while still giving everyone a good time," she stated.
