Students in Durrington and Littlehampton share their business expertise
They recently gave a presentation to students in years seven to 12 at the Littlehampton Academy on how to set up a business, write a business plan, find resources, and explained the different roles in a business.
Karen Purser, business and enterprise manager at Durrington High, said: “It was a very positive experience for our budding entrepreneurs to share their experiences.”

Hide AdIt is now hoped the students from both schools will collaborate on a business project.
Sara Hopkins, community liaison manager for The Littlehampton Academy, said: “Our students loved hearing how the Durrington team had got on with their enterprising activities and were inspired by their resourcefulness and great ideas.
“This kind of student-to-student working has a really positive impact and we’re hoping to do more in the near future.”
