Swashbuckling fun at Baptist church
Some 151 of the little mates pulled on their eye patches and reached for their hooks when Bognor Regis Baptist Church held its holiday club.
The three-day event held last week was centred around Treasure Island, but with a few hidden messages along the way.

Hide AdReverend Graham Banks, who led the club, said: “The club has been centred around Treasure Island, but has included parables from the bible, like the lost boy and the lost sheep.
“We have had Blue Beard as the baddie who has captured the ships crew and tried to get them to turn away from Jesus and lead them down a bad path.
“Luckily, the crew was rescued but Blue Beard, who did not turn back to the right path, sadly had to walk the plank into the ship’s snot.”
Rev Banks who took on the role of the Jolly Roger said the children all had a fantastic time.

The event closed with a bumper barbecue last Friday evening attended by some 300 guests.
