TORIES' OWN INQUIRY SAYS MP WAS DENIED JUSTICE
The Conservative Party's 1922 committee had looked into matters and came to the conclusion, it has been revealed.
In March 2005, Mr Flight made a speech seen as suggesting the Tories planned more than the published 35bn in savings if they won the election and The Times newspaper published a story based on a secret tape recording of the speech. Later, Conservative leader Michael Howard forced Mr Flight to resign.

Hide AdA Westergate man has questioned the recent appointment of current MP for the constituency, Nick Herbert, as Shadow Secretary of State for Justice.
Tony Dixon of Barons Close, Westergate said: "Nick gained his seat in Parliament as a direct result of his party's failure to uphold the laws of natural justice '“ an unlawful act."
