Worthing choir receives accolade after performances
The event, held inside a church in St John’s Smith Square, London, is dubbed the UK’s biggest amateur choir competition.

Hide AdAn added bonus was that other choirs and their conductors from all sections all came up to us and said we had deserved the accolade of Choir of the Day, which is possibly worth even more.”
The choir now has to wait to find out if it is selected to participate in the section finals which will be held in London on October 19. Four section winners and two wild cards will then be chosen to progress to the grand final, held in Bridgewater Hall, Manchester on December 7.
