Crawley Town v Cheltenham Town preview: Reds host top-of-the-table Robins under Friday night lights

Friday night football comes to Crawley Town this week – and it will mean a quick turnaround for the Reds after Tuesday night’s trip to Bradford City.

Town host promotion-chasing Cheltenham Town on Friday (6.30pm) after the EFL instructed all clubs they were not allowed a 3pm kick-off on Saturday, when the nation will stop for the funeral of the Duke of Edinburgh.

The Duke’s funeral will take place in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, and a national minute’s silence will be observed at 3pm.

As a mark of respect, the EFL have moved all 3pm kick-offs.
