A goal in each half – scored by Joe Benn and Jordan Clark – earned Golds a 2-0 win at Fleet on Saturday, continuing their fine start to 2020-21.
Completing the trio of local sides enjoying Vase success are Steyning Town, who hit NINE past SCFL rivals Seaford Town at The aptly-named Shooting Field.
A seven-minute hat-trick by Harry Heath led the way and George Cousins (2), Alex Gathern, Thomas Howard-Bold, Max Howell and Toby Bloomfield also netted. Steyning will host Walton & Hersham next.
