Pacy Barnham execute their brand of counter attacking football to hurt Roffey
It was not as one sided as the final score suggests, but the promotion-chasing hosts found three breakaway goals before half time.
Roffey were better in the second half and Asa Pearson scored a late consolation.

Hide AdBoss Dan Redman said: “Their forward Ash Harper is a very good player and he scored two of their goals on the break to put us 3-0 down by half time.
We were creating chances but they have quick players who caught us out, and trailing by three at half time was always going to be tough. We had a chat and made a few changes and came out and drew the second half 1-1 which was positive.”
Roffey made an attacking start, but from one foray forward the hosts countered and Rich Boxhall put them ahead after only four minutes.
Redman’s side continued to carve opportunities, Ben Bissett with a couple while Chris Dumbrill also came close.

Hide AdBut a brace for Harper put Barnham clear before half time, and a fourth came from Mark Pedrick.
Pearson did finish off a good team move, slotting in James Hancock’s cross, but three more injuries added to an increasingly lengthy list.
“I never like to use it as an excuse but we do have a lot out at the moment,” Redman added.
